For the Facebook Auto-Poster Application

Our Facebook Auto-Poster tool requires a Page Access Token to publish automated video reels to your connected Facebook Pages. We do not save your personal Facebook profile data, but we do store the provided Page ID and Page Access Token locally on the application server.

How to Remove the App from Facebook

If you want to completely revoke our application's access to your Facebook Page, you can do so directly from your Facebook settings:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account.
  2. Click on your profile picture in the top right, then go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  3. Scroll down the left sidebar and click on Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
  4. Find the app associated with this tool in the active list.
  5. Click Remove to instantly revoke all access and tokens associated with our application.

How to Request Server Data Deletion

If you want to ensure that your previously submitted Page ID and Access Tokens are wiped from our internal servers, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to nnirajpanditt@gmail.com with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request".
  • Include the exact URL of your Facebook Page so we can identify the correct token in our systems.
  • We will manually purge your access tokens from our .env configurations and posterLogs.json database within 24-48 hours.
